
I am a multi dimensional athlete specializing in running, road biking, and swimming. I also enjoy practicing yoga and completing strength training daily. I am passionate about all endurance sports!
I just finished 4 years of intense DI running, so I am allowing my body to recover and pursue a new and challenging sport; triathlons. Currently I am running 45 miles per week, and bike 60.
