Our story
Chocolate deserves the same care as any fine craft.
Every bar and truffle we make draws on Belgian chocolate-making tradition — slow-tempered, carefully sourced, and finished by hand.
A short list of sources
We work with a small number of trusted cacao sources, chosen for the character of their beans rather than volume — the same few, harvest after harvest. Keeping the list short means we know exactly where every batch begins.
Finished by hand
Every batch is tempered by hand in small runs and boxed only once an order comes in — nothing sits on a shelf waiting to be sold.
“Chocolate is patience, more than anything else.”
The workroom
01
Sourcing
Cacao is selected batch by batch, not by standing order.
02
Tempering
Each melt is brought through its curve slowly, by hand.
03
Filling
Ganaches and pralines rest before they're ever cut or piped.
04
Boxing
Every box is filled and wrapped only once it's ordered.
